Alcohol Safe Workplaces (ASW)

Alcohol is woven into many workplace cultures — client entertainment, end-of-year events, networking functions, Friday drinks, hospitality settings and travel. But without a clear framework, alcohol can quietly introduce risk.

An Alcohol Safe Workplace (ASW) Framework helps organisations manage legal, reputational, psychosocial and operational risk — while building a culture that is inclusive, professional and aligned with modern expectations of health and safety.

Love, love, love Pilu! It’s so nice to have such a broad range of alcohol-free options. This is a great place for non-drinkers to go to really feel special and included.

River Bar & Kitchen are one of the few places to have AF wine. Great vibe and fantastic food. Always a good option for a relaxed night out without a ridiculous price tag.

Melbourne, Australia
Our favourite restaurant is Matteo’s – they have a massive wine list which includes a couple of AF options. The service there is impeccable, and the atmosphere is sophisticated but also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Ginny’s Bar in Brunswick – pretty much everything they have in traditional versions, they also have in non-alcoholic. As the front bar of distillery Brunswick Aces, they specialise in gin, but have a range of beers, wine and mocktails. It’s a boujee little bar with a quirky vibe – a good place for pre-dinner drinks.
